Talent Acquisition Intern (English language)

Join us as a Talent Acquisition Intern for the English language!

• You would be responsible of full time recruitment cycle which includes:
• Assisting in monitoring and taking care of the document administration
• Monitoring the flow of applicants in the Applicant Tracking System
• Conducting screening interviews with candidates
• Candidate database search
• CV screening
• Finalizing selection process and sending official offers
• Job advertisement
• Communicating with external and internal associates

What are we looking for?

• You have a student status in Serbia
• You are under 26 years of age
• You speak English fluently (C1/C2 level)
• Studying any of humanistic social sciences would be an advantage
• Personal interest in HR and talent attraction and acquisition fields
